Newly, discovered in 1916 this special stone forms only in the crystal waters of the Dominican Republic in the Caribbean. Created by Volcanic eruptions, this beautiful stone's energies are still not fully known.
This stone is sensitive to the sun and will fade if exposed too long to sunlight. To keep the green and blue contrasts in this stone take care to keep it out of direct sunlight for long periods of time.
Larimar is also known as the Atlantis Stone because of its strong connection to water energies and the oceans of the Caribbean. This stone is said to enlighten and heal in almost every way, spiritually, physically, and emotionally. Associated with the Heart, and all the upper Chakras, Larimar encourages peace and clarity with strong love energy.

Some times the wire is hammered to further harden the wire and the wire will retain its shape. However, it still can be a delicate piece and should not be bent or squished for it can ruin the shape. For this reason, you should not place your piece in a purse or pocket. The metals used are not sealed and will naturally continue to patina over time. Avoid getting wet and using cleaning chemicals around your piece. It helps to keep these metals in a dry place and in a jewelry bag or plastic bag to slow down the oxidation process.

Custom and personalized orders
Looking for a custom wire wrapped pendant? I will do custom orders depending on availability of material and time. Please, note that custom pieces tend to have a higher price range because of the labor involved and cost of materials. When discussing a custom piece, talk of the stone, style, and price range will be considered. Half payment will be collected upon agreement and start of work. The rest of payment will be collected after the piece is finished. Before the item is paid in full and shipped, I will give a photo for final approval. Then item will be shipped. Once shipped there are no refunds on custom pieces. Please, message me if you’re interested in a custom piece.
What materials do you use?
I use a wide range of materials to complete my pieces. I hand pick my gems and strive for quality in all my stones. I use nickel free metals. Most of my metals are sterling silver, solid copper, or solid brass. I also might use 14k gold filled, stainless steel, electroplated silver or gold alloys, cotton cord, and leather. Some creations are crafted with resin or clay.

Even though the wire is harden while working, it still can be a delicate piece and should not be bent or squished for it can ruin the shape. For this reason, you should not place your piece in a purse or pocket. The metals used are not sealed and will naturally continue to patina over time. Avoid getting wet and using cleaning chemicals around your piece. It helps to keep these metals in a dry place and in a jewelry bag or plastic bag to slow down the oxidation process. To polish, only use a polishing cloth.
(If your item is a birthstone necklace and gets bent out of shape, simple lay it on a flat surface and reshape it.)
Gift wrapping and packaging
I take great care with my packaging and presentation. All items come beautifully packaged. You can include a personal note with your package as well upon check out. I will then create a beautiful note with your message attached to the package. I do not include a packaging receipt in case the item is a gift. Your confirmation will come through the email you provided. You can even ship the item to the receiver and sit worry free.
Sizing details
Some items in the shop have set sizes and lengths. Some items give you a choice in either chain size or bracelet size. Read the descriptions carefully and choose from the appropriate drop-down menu. Bellow are ways to measure what is best for you.
Bracelets/anklets: Use a flexible measuring strip and starting at the area you want your bracelet to fall or just below the wrist/ankle bone, wrap the measuring tape around making sure one end is the start of the tape. Match the two parts closely together around the wrist/ankle. Mark or take note of where your measuring tape meets and overlaps. That will be your size. Add 7mm-14mm depending on how lose you want it.
